Books Update

Just finished “About Alice” by Calvin Trillin. If you haven’t read any of his books your life is less well-rounded than it could be and you owe it to yourself to rectify this. If you are a CT reader then you know that Alice was Calvin’s much-loved wife and the anchor of sanity in their family. This book is a sweet tribute to her and should be read by everyone, but especially those in a loving, committed relationship.

Currently reading “iWoz“, the autobiography of Steve Wozniak, cofounder of Apple Computer (now Apple Inc.).

Current audiobook is the very interesting “Chatter: Dispatches from the Secret World of Global Eavesdropping“.

Franklin, TN

Went on a short business trip to Franklin, TN a couple of weeks ago to see a new audio console. Here are a few pics I snapped on the trip, including my setup for a conference call that happened the first day, the audio console, as well as my car covered in snow and a couple from the semi-trecherous drive home.

Negligent

Well, I’ve certainly been negligent about updating this space, partly because I’ve been sick, partly because I’ve been busy, but mostly because I’ve lacked any enthusiasm for it.

At this point I figure it’s time to either get back to it or give it up and kill the weblog.
