My January trip to San Francisco was a trip of things I’d thought about doing.
It was my first, and probably only, time attending MacWorld. Even being the Mac fan I am, there’s no real way to justify returning to this geekfest and re-entering Steve Jobs’ reality distortion field.
I stayed at the Hotel Rex, which has become my new favorite home base when I need to stay near Moscone. Bill Bryson wrote about this place in one of his novels and I’d been looking for the opportunity to try it. The staff is wonderful.
